How many countries have you been to and did you like one part of the world more than anywhere else?
To date l have been to 138 countries. This is a huge number. However l lost what l consider to be three prime years as l did not leave Bermuda during the time of COVID. I believe without COVID l would be in the 170's.
When l started my journeys l started in Central America. I did so because it was close to my homeland of Bermuda. I was sure l would be happy in this area but if l wasn't l could get home easily.
As l have travelled through South America, Africa, Asia and Northern Europe l have generally found the people warm and inviting with the greatest challenge being the food. Some places l loved it while in others l thought l was on a diet!
People are always surprised when l say if l was to live outside Bermuda l would live in Colombia!
